February 2026 Update

On Wednesday February 11th, there was an all day review of the project's construction documents, refered to as the page-turn meeting. Members of the building team, along with representatives from the archtecture firm, IDG and construction firm, KCI (providing pre-constructioin services) sat down in the chapel along with other online engineering firms to review the set of construction documents. The set was about 100 pages of text and detailed drawings. It was estimated that this document set was about 90% complete at the beginning of the meeting. A future review will be held with the city of Broomfield as part of the permitting process to further refine the design and construction details. This document set will serve as the basis for getting permits from the city and bids from construction contractors.
