Staffing Update for LCHope
Peace be with you! I would like to introduce Mr. Greg Lowe from LCHope who will be serving as our Interim Director of Operations/Executive to the Lead Pastor starting next Thursday, August 14th. His initial interim contract runs through November 30th.
Greg is an incredible man of faith and intellect. He has extensive experience as an entrepreneur, running/managing a restaurant through significant change, has been an elected leader of the church as well as having served as a staff member of the church – he has a heart for God, people, and has incredible smart-business sense that will be pivotal as move ahead into the future.
Greg’s role will be all things operations from administration to payroll to working hand in hand with accounts receivable/payable, becoming our main staff level point of contact for work with our Bookkeeping Company – along with human resources, facility scheduling, as well as running the office/staff things daily.
His email is greg@lchope.org. He may not respond to emails until August 14th, his first official day in the office.
Greg will be installed on Sunday, August 17th along with Thomas Strandskov, our Director of Faith Formation and Kelly Marsh, our Director of Communications, who both will be officially starting Monday, August 11th. Thomas’ email will be thomas@lchope.org and Kelly’s will be kelly@lchope.org.
We give thanks to God for Greg’s willingness to step into this role – and for the staff that are in the next week going to be joining current staff, elected leaders, and our community as together we share and transform faith, hopes, and lives!
