Sign the Beam This Sunday!
Help leave your mark on our new church home! Join us Sunday, November 8, to sign a beam that will become part of our new church building. Add your name and a favorite or meaningful Bible verse!
12:30–1:15 PM (before worship)
Immediately after worship, approximately 3–4 PM
Where to Go: Park along 10th Avenue and enter the construction area through the southwest gates near Anchor House. A staff or Building Team member will welcome you and provide a marker.
Please Note: This is an active construction site. For your safety, please remain on the parking lot surface near Anchor House and the Annex.

Santa Sacks Are Coming! 🎅
It’s that time of year again! A Precious Child Gift Giving Program (a.k.a. LCHope Santa Sacks! Can I hear a Woot, Woot?!). This year, Reaching Out will receive 100 names of CASA children who are wishing for one, two or three awesome gifts! We’ll be handing out tags with each child’s name, age, gender and three Christmas wishes before and after worship in the BUMC Narthex on November 15 and 22. Santa Sacks are due back on or before December 6. Drop-off details are coming soon!
How It Works:
Tables will be set up with the children’s names and their three Christmas wishes. Ages typically range from newborn to 18 years old, with lists organized by age. Boys will be on one table and girls on the other. Please leave your name and phone number next to the child or children you choose.
Monetary Donations:
All monetary donations must be received by November 30. Reaching Out will take care of assigning a child’s tag, or you can choose one at the table (monetary gift required at that time, cash or check). On December 6, our Confirmands and Senior High Youth will head out to shop for the children! You can give $50 per child at the table or online.
Gifts:
All gifts must be new, not used.
Please do not wrap gifts.
Donations of wrapping paper and tape are always welcome!

Christmas Eve Services (Sign up link will be out this Sunday)
Join us for Christmas Eve worship on December 24 in the LCHope Fellowship Hall at 3, 5, 7, or 9 PM. The 7 PM service will be live-streamed. Due to fire code capacity limits, everyone must sign up in advance for their preferred service. Watch for the SignUpGenius link next week!

Important Notes
LCHope Giving Envelopes: Printed Giving Envelopes are prepared for those members who request them. A supply for January, February, and March 2027 will be sent to members in mid-late December 2026. If you wish to receive printed envelopes OR if your address needs a correction, please send an email to Beth Bosio at Finsec@lchope.org and she will follow up with you. Changes or corrections must be communicated to Beth by November 15th so the information reaches the printer in time for the next batch.

Fall Food Drive🥫 The Challenge Is ON! Ending on Nov. 22nd
This Sunday, look for the gray truck in front to drop off your donations. We’ll alternate between North Denver Cares Food Pantry and F.I.S.H. Right now, F.I.S.H is asking for jelly and jam! Please bring non-perishable food and toiletries only and check expiration dates. Diapers and wipes go to F.I.S.H. Weekday donations in the yellow bin at LCHope go to Anchor House.
📍 Sundays: Bring donations to BUMC
📍 Monday–Friday: Drop off donations at LCHope in Circle Dr. during business hours
