What: The Oktobeerfest Planning Committee at Lutheran Church of Hope invites you to be a part of our fourth annual festival of food, family and fun! Last year we hosted over 3,000 people and expect to keep growing every year.
When: Friday, September 27, 5-9pm (set up at 4pm); Saturday, September 28, 11am-8pm (set up at 10am)
Why: Here's an opportunity to showcase your array of products and services for a minimal cost: $40 for two days, or $30 for just one. All proceeds made by LCHope will be used in the greater community to help transform faith, hopes and lives.
Reservation fees can be paid online or by check. Please submit your check for your choice of days and spaces to Lutheran Church of Hope, 1305 West 10th Ave, Broomfield CO 80020, or pay online via Vanco Give Plus (you will be redirected to our giving platform; please choose the "Oktobeerfest Vendors" fund to submit your fee). If you reserve more than one space, the fee applies to both spaces. No refunds for vendors who do not show up. Access to power will be provided, lights for the booth will not. You must bring your own tables, chairs, canopies, etc.
