What: The Oktoberfest Planning Committee at Lutheran Church of Hope in invites you to be a part of our 8th annual festival of food, family and fun! Last year we hosted over 3,500 people and expect to keep growing every year.

When: Friday, September 25, 3-9pm (event starts at 5pm); Saturday, September 26, 9am-9pm (event starts at 12 noon.)

Why: Here's an opportunity to showcase your array of products and services for a minimal cost: $60 for both days or $50 for one day. All proceeds made by LCHope will be used in the greater community to help transform faith, hopes and lives.

VENDOR CONDUCT & GUIDELINES

NO DOGS PERMITTED IN VENDOR BOOTHS: we have never allowed dogs, but have always been lenient about them. We had a very unfortunate incident last year where a vendor’s dog attacked a customer’s service dog, so we can no longer be lenient.

There are no indoor toilets - vendors must use the porta-potties like everyone else. Unfortunately, our plumbing cannot support the number of people Oktoberfest hosts each year.

Please submit payment for your choice of days and number of spaces with your reservation form. If you reserve more than one space, the fee applies to both spaces. No refunds for vendors who do not show up. Access to power will be provided, lights for the booths will not. You must bring your own tables/chairs/canopies, etc.
