Capital Finance Team |April Update

The Capital Finance Team reviewed pledge status and giving for the Building Hope for the Future campaign which is coming to a close on June 30, 2026.  Letters will be mailed the last week of April to anyone with an existing balance to inform them of pledge status and encourage conversation regarding pledge completion or pledge adjustment prior to the close of the campaign.  Loan applications are in process with two financial institutions, and the process for cash flow during the construction period is being worked out.  The second round of permits should be competed and approved very soon.
