Please fill out BOTH forms if you would like to donate flowers to celebrate or honor a meaningful day and help us beautify our worship space.

A note: our flowers during the Advent and Lenten seasons are different, so we don’t allow for sponsorships during those times. (Sundays from 2/22-4/5/2026 – no flowers due to Lent/Holy Week/Easter Sunday) Advent/Christmas 2026 (11/29/2026 – 1/3/2027). If your desired date falls in those seasons, we will be in touch to choose another date. Thank you!
