3/12/2024 - Schematic Pricing Exercise - Building Hope for the Future

Since reporting last December, the building team commissioned Fransen and Pittman to provide pricing based on schematic designs from IDG. On Tuesday evening, March 12th, the building team and IDG sat down with Fransen and Pittman to review pricing, discuss design alternatives, and provide clarification of scope. Pricing was based on FP’s experience building church structures and their sub-contractors quotes.

The next steps include the building team getting further refinement of pricing and design.
